Question

When should I plan to arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. If possible, please try to arrive reasonably early (before 4:00pm) to avoid disruptions during the ceremony.

When will the reception end?

Answer

Whenever we like, but no later than midnight. If you plan to be at work the following Monday, please feel free to stay as long as your travel schedule permits.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

There will be a limited quantity of alcohol consisting of an assorted beer and wine selection for those interested. Guests are requested to refrain from imbibing alcoholic beverages until after the ceremony has concluded.

May I bring an additional guest?

Answer

If you would like to bring an additional guest with you (i.e. a romantic partner), please contact us in advance with the name of your guest so that we can finalize the head count for the catering (no later than one month before the wedding date).

Are transportation services available to/from the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. The venue is somewhat remote; guests are advised to arrive/depart by car. If you require assistance, please let us know in advance. Conversely, if you have a car and would be willing to transport other guests, your help would be greatly appreciated. Let us know if you would like to volunteer in this capacity so that we can put you in touch with guests in need of transportation.
