Flight
SeaTac Airport is the primary travel hub for the area and most visitors will arrive here. Paine Field is a smaller, newer airfield located just 30 minutes from the wedding venue but their flight options are more limited.
Hotel
If you are joining us from out of town, we highly recommend taking advantage of the room block at The Heathman Hotel. We've negotiated a discounted room rate, and the hotel is conveniently located for wedding day transportation! Please note: The discounted room rate is available for several days before and after the wedding (we did this for those guests wanting a lengthier stay in the Seattle area). When navigating the Heathman site, be sure to select only the dates you need!

Shuttle
September 22, 2024 2:45 pm - 11:00 pm
We have arranged shuttle transportation for all guests who wish to use it. Shuttles will leave from and return to The Heathman Hotel. Shuttles will depart Sunday at 2:15 pm and arrive at Gray Bridge at approximately 3:30 pm. At the conclusion of the evening, shuttles will return guests to the Heathman Hotel. A smaller shuttle will depart the venue at 9:00 pm for guests wanting an earlier return. All guests must exist the venue by 10:00 pm.
House Or Rental
The wedding venue lies approximately 40 minutes outside of Kirkland, WA. There are lots of options for vacation rentals in the immediate area if you would prefer a more spacious stay in Seattle. We suggest using the venue as a starting point and finding properties nearby. Please note: Uber/Lyft rides may be difficult to find at the conclusion of the evening so plan your rides accordingly and drive safe!
