COVID?
Answer
We encourage everyone to take full precautions to prevent any possible spread of COVID at the wedding. The ceremony will be outdoors, open to the air under a tent. The lodge where dinner will be served and will later serve as the dance floor, is open to the outside with plenty of ventilation. Please be sure your vaccinations are up to date. Also, please administer a COVID test test before arriving at the venues. We will have small supply of home tests available those who need them.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire is requested - cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, bowties, or whatever else makes you feel fancy is great! Please note that the ceremony will be outside, so make sure to wear shoes that are comfortable in grass and sand. Maine in October is pretty chilly and we'll be beside a lake.

Are there ride shares and taxi's available?
Answer
Unfortunately, ride shares will be very difficult to find in central Maine. Please rely on the shuttles we are providing or your own transportation. We can also connect you with local taxi companies if you'd like to arrange something with them.

How do I get to the ceremony?
Answer
A shuttle will be running to and from the following hotels to the ceremony & reception on October 01: Comfort Inn Civic Center Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Augusta Best Western Civic Center The shuttle will be arriving at 2:00pm to take you to the ceremony. There is a shuttle back to the hotels at 9pm and another at 11pm Please note that this shuttle will not run for breakfast on Sunday.

Where is the ceremony?

"125 Loon Call Drive" might get changed to "125 Fire Road S 4 Rd" on a map service! Don't worry, that will get you on the right street. We'll have signs up to make sure you get to the right place.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We'll have options that are vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, and gluten free. We'll also have options that are full of meat and gluten. If you have other concerns, please let us know.
