While we love everyone's little kiddos we unfortunately have to limit kid invites to our immediate family only to fit into the event space . If this will prevent you from attending the wedding please reach out to us directly. This also applies to fur babies as well.
Of course! Please let us know when you RSVP and update us as soon as possible with any changes (both addition, subtraction, or replacement). If you will be bringing a guest please update their name in the RSVP form so we can add them to the seating chart.

Yes, absolutely! We will plan for vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, and gluten free options. If you have any other specific allergies or dietary needs please reach out to us directly.
Think Midsummers Nights Dream meets Alice in Wonderland - romantic and mystical will be the theme of the day and we are requesting guests to be in dressy-casual or semi-formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors and among the grape vines so best to avoid high heels and long dresses. The weather will likely be warm mid-day (see below) so you can leave your suit jacket at home.
Russian River Valley in early May can either be warm and sunny or cool and breezy and we recommend guests to plan for both. The evening will certainly be cool so bring a light jacket or wrap for after the sun goes down.
This is totally up to you. For our local guests if you prefer to drive back to SF/North Bay/East Bay etc after the reception we ask that you have a designated driver selected and confirmed before the festivities begin.
Whether it be a sweet memory or an embarrassing story we'd love to hear it, however, due to time constraints we're limiting speeches at the reception to parents and the wedding party only. We will have a book set up at the reception for guests to share their stories and messages with us!
The ceremony site is a short walk (<500 feet) from the parking area. If you will need assistance please let us know.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30pm. We are asking all guests arrive to the vineyard no later than 2:00pm to allow time to make your way to the ceremony site upon your arrival.
No - Only those that are participating in the wedding need to attend the rehearsal. We will be in touch in the coming months to let you know if your attendance is required. Please RSVP "No" for those in your group that do not need to attend the rehearsal.
We are respectfully requesting that guests turn off their phones and put down their cameras for the ceremony. We want to see your beautiful faces, not your fancy phone cases!
Guests will begin moving to the ceremony site upon arrival at the winery at 2:00pm. Please be seated as soon as you arrive at the ceremony site and please do not enter the main Tasting Room. The ceremony will begin at 2:30 pm and conclude at 3:00 pm. Water will be available prior to the ceremony but you'll have to wait until we're wed to get your wine!
