Flight
Flights should loook to arrive in TPA or PIE. I would avoid hours of arrival during commute hours as that will greatly increase travel times and fairs. It is roughly a 45-60 min drive from the airport to Saddlebrook. There will not be transportation available to the resort, however Ubers & Lyfts will pick up and drive out to the resort. Expect roughly an $80-$100 ride fair.
Hotel
We will have a Welcome Reception for Out of Town guests at the ____ restaraunt on site Friday starting at 7PM.
Shuttle

Saturday there will be a Bus from Saddlebrook to the ceremony/reception leaving at 3:45PM. After that, the bus will be available for return trips once an hour until the close of reception at 9:30PM. There will not be a later departure from Saddlebrook to the Ceremony/Reception. If you miss the bus Ubers are available but keep in mind they can take up to 20 mins to arrive. The guest count on the bus is exact to guests at the resort, please leave this transportation for those staying at the resort ONLY.
