Flight

TPA or PIE

Flights should look to arrive in TPA or PIE. I would avoid arriving during rush hour as that will greatly increase travel times and fares. It is roughly a 45-60 min drive from the airport to Saddlebrook. Please plan on Uber, Lyft or rental car to get to the resort. Expect roughly an $80-$100 ride fare.

We will have a Welcome Reception for Out of Town guests at the Fountain Terrace, on-site, on Friday starting at 7PM. The room block for all out-of-town guests is below:

Shuttle

Shuttle from Saddlebrook Resort to Ceremony/Reception

September 19, 2026 3:45 pm - 9:30 pm

Saturday there will be a Bus from Saddlebrook to the ceremony/reception leaving at 3:45PM. After that, the bus will be available for return trips once an hour until the close of reception at 9:30PM. There will not be a later departure from Saddlebrook to the Ceremony/Reception. If you miss the bus, Ubers or Lyfts are available - but keep in mind they can take up to 20 mins to arrive. The guest count on the bus is exact to guests at the resort, please reserve this transportation for those staying at the resort ONLY.
