What time is the guest shuttle from the hotel to the wedding venue?

Answer

4 PM. The shuttle will arrive at Hilton Garden Inn/Homewood Suites and pull away at 4 PM. Please be out front of the Hilton Garden Inn before 4 PM. Please ask the front desk at the hotels with any questions

Is the ceremony at the same location as the reception?

Yes!

Are children allowed at the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be allowing children under the age of 14 to attend unless they have been addressed specifically on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

How close are the hotels where you have rooms blocked off?

Answer

The Hilton Garden Inn Bel Air and Homewood Suites are located 26 minutes from Stone Ridge Hollow, our wedding venue. The hotels are in the same parking lot as each other, about 100 feet apart!

Other than your ceremony and reception, are there other events we can look forward to?

Answer

Thursday will be the rehearsal dinner for bridal party only. Friday evening we will have an informal gathering at The Hickory Lodge in Bel Air for anyone who would like to join us at 6 PM. They usually have live music! Saturday we will see you for the Ceremony which starts at 5 PM, followed by Cocktail Hour and Reception at 6 PM!

Will a shuttle be available for quests from the venue back at the hotel?

Answer

Yes there will be a shuttle that will take you back to the hotel. It will arrive at 10. The DJ will make an announcement. It will be the ONLY shuttle going back to the hotel.

How is internet service at the venue?

Answer

Please note there is no internet or cell service at the venue, if you need service, please let someone know that you are going to walk down to the end of the driveway at the venue. You may be able to get service there. Please keep back from the road as much as you can.
