The Elephant in the Room - How are you handling COVID?

Answer

At this time, our venue is NOT requiring masks or vaccinations to attend events. As a couple, we respect everyone's personal decisions on these items and are not requiring them either. We do take the health and safety of our friends and family very seriously and are asking that if you have ANY symptoms of COVID or have had any exposure in the days leading up to the wedding that you do not attend. We will be providing masks and hand sanitizer for our guests that choose to use them. Should anything change with our venue requirments we will notify everyone.

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

We will need all RSVP's no later than April 2nd to meet our deadlines for our vendors. You will be able to RSVP using the card in your invitation or here on our website after the invitations have been sent out!

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Yes!!! We love kids and they are very welcome! We will have a special kids activity table for them as well as a photo booth. We will also be serving kid friendly food for those picky eaters!

Where is the ceremony located?

Answer

The ceremony will also be held indoors at the Pueblo Convention Center.

What do we wear to the wedding?

Answer

We want everyone to be comfortable, no black tie required here! That being said, we would like everyone to dress semi-formal/dressy casual. Wear comfy shoes so you can stay out on the dance floor!!

Can we take pictures? What about posting to social media?

Answer

We are doing an "unplugged" ceremony and will ask that everyone please put their cameras and phones away until after the ceremony. We promise to share our pictures and videos that our photographer and videographer will be providing us! During the reception we would love for you to take as many pictures as you want and feel free to post them to social media. Please use our hashtag #ToppersGetsHitched when posting so we can see all the great photos! We will also have a photo booth at the reception.

Where is parking for the wedding?

There is a parking garage directly across from the street of the Pueblo Convention Center.

What door do we enter at the Pueblo Convention Center?

Answer

Please enter through the Convention Center doors located off of Main Street and not through the front doors of the Marriott.

Will a bar be available?

Answer

We can't wait to celebrate with you and host you for dinner and dancing. We have chosen a cash bar, so please bring cash or a credit card to enjoy bar service.
