Brian and Jawana met July 1st, 2023. A mutual friend introduced them. One day, while chilling over their friend house, Brian heard Jawana singing and later that evening he messaged her and asked would she come sing for him for an event and she agreed. She then had to take a raincheck due to an upcoming procedure she had to have done at the same time. Brian asked if he could come visit her during her recovery process and he did. They began the "talking" stage not long after. July 20th, 2023 to be exact. 8 days later Brian told Jawana he wanted to date her. She said "Oh okay that's nice. When do you want to start that?" lol. He responded and said, "When I take you on our first date tomorrow." She smiled ear to ear. So, they officially started dating July 29th, 2023 and their first date was dinner and bowling. (sb: She beat him that night too lol). After a few weeks of dating, talking, and hanging out, Brian called Jawana one day while he was at work and they talked on Facetime for quite a while. He then told her, "I want to go ahead and make it official. For several reasons". She paused and said "huh?". He said "I want to officially ask you if you would be my girl?". She smiled so big, looked at him, and replied "yes". August 28th, 2023 they locked in as an official couple in a relationship. He took her on a second date to the Funny Bone September 20th, 2023 to see Bubba Dub and they laughed so much and enjoyed themselves all night! Their third date was October 6th, 2023 he surprised Jawana taking her to the Fantasia & Joe concert in Columbus. Ouu what a TIME they had! From then on, Brian and Jawana continued on in their relationship. He told her that from the moment he met her, he knew she was his wife because the Lord told him. They BOTH have gone through soooo much during this journey. The devil has tried them in so many ways, from so many angels, going through so many obstacles. Was doing all he could to break them. But like the word of God says, what GOD has put together, let NO MAN separate. Brian said their relationship was ordained by God and he believes he called them to be together. So, the Lord said it, Brian heard it, accepted it, pursued it, and here they are now, becoming one. The Ragsdale's!
