This is a Encinitas staple. Tucked away on Hwy 101, you'll find this no-frills, large plates, Mexican food spot. The bride grew up grabbing food here on her way down to the beach, for the day. Come for the California burritos but stay for the Fish tacos. You really can't go wrong here!

Hike Torrey Pines
You will need a car to get you here, but this is a great hike for guests that are looking for a challenge. You end at the top of the cliffs. At the top look out for hang gliders, they take off from up there!

This place is right on the beach and perfect to grab a bit and look for dolphins!
Balboa Park
Balboa contains so many wonderful and beautiful structures to walk around and view. Balboa park is also home to the San Diego Zoo, Air & Space Museum and so many more.

This is a great, close option for those that decide to bring their kiddos to San Diego. The bride admits, she's been to this one too many times, but swears it's fun for all ages.
