FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 16, 2025.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire--think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suits and ties or sport coats.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, due to capacity limits at our ceremony and reception venues and the size of our respective families, we’ve elected to limit our wedding to adults only.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place? What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be a Catholic mass celebrated at Divine Word Catholic Church in Kirtland. After the ceremony, we'd love if immediate family could stick around for a few minutes for photos. Guests should then feel free to head somewhere for a drink or stop home and relax while the wedding party takes pictures nearby for an hour or two. Everyone should plan to arrive at LaSalle Theatre in Cleveland by 5pm, where we will be serving drinks and hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour.

Question

What are the addresses for the ceremony and reception? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Ceremony: Divine Word Catholic Church, 8100 Eagle Road, Kirtland OH 44094 Reception: Ariel LaSalle Theater, 823 East 185th Street, Cleveland OH 44119 Both venues are wheelchair accessible—just let us know if you need any extra support.

Question

Is there parking at the church? at the venue?

Answer

Divine Word has ample parking on the upper level of the church, near the back doors. At the LaSalle Theater, we will be providing complimentary valet parking. Look for the theater marquis and pull your car up -- the valet service will take it from there.

Question

Have lodging arrangements been made?

Answer

No, the majority of guests will be coming from the Cleveland area, so no lodging arrangements will be made. If you are coming from out of town and would like input on where to stay, please shoot us a text.

Question

Is there a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes, cocktail hour begins at 5 pm and will include an open bar of beer, wine, mixed drinks, and signature drinks, as well as hand-passed appetizers.

Question

I have dietary restrictions -- what should I do?

Answer

There will be a place on the RSVP to mark "dietary restrictions," as well as room to elaborate. We want to be sure that all of our guests are taken care of, so please list what works best for you.

Question

Can I change my RSVP after submitting it?

Answer

Things happen—we get it! Just reach out as soon as you can so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception is scheduled to end at 11:30 pm.
