Cocktail For a cocktail celebration, slightly less formal attire is the way to go. This dress code allows you to have more fun with your outfit. Men don't need to worry about a tuxedo; a tailored suit (with or without a tie) is perfect. Women can wear a short dress or elegant separates—as long as they're still dressy. This is an ideal occasion to break out a little black dress. Avoid styles like sundresses, which are too casual for this type of evening event.

Can we bring a plus-one or our children?

Answer

If your invitation did not include a plus one please reach out to as soon as possible so we can anticipate the addition, but we are welcome to have more company. After a lot of thought we've decided to ask children under the age of 10 stay at home because of the safety concerns with small children near water.

Are there any specific accommodations for out-of-town guests?

Answer

There are plenty of hotels within a 30 minute driving distance but we have suggested two popular options in the local area on the Travel page as well as the two airports within driving distance to the venue.

What time should we arrive at the wedding venue?

Please make sure you arrive at the time listed under Schedule, RSVP, or on your Wedding Invitation.

If you have any specific dietary needs please reach out to us ASAP so we can accomodate you.

What's the plan in case of inclement weather for an outdoor wedding?

Answer

There are locations on the property that can be used as a fallback position for our planned activities.

Question

Are there any special transportation arrangements, like shuttles, for getting to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

The property is not located near public transportation and is in a more rural area. If you need assistance arranging a ride we can try and help find someone to pick you up however a personal vehicle is necessary to travel to the property.

Can we bring our own alcoholic beverages or is there a cash bar available?

Answer

Please do not bring any of your own beverages they will be provided by our caterer.
