Freda was born and raised in Los Angeles, then in her late 20's moved to San Gabriel Valley and is also when she decided to go back to school to pursue a college degree and started working in Orange County. She enjoys taking long walks down every aisle at the grocery store and Target, looking for great deals online, taking photos of everything she eats to share with her family and friends, and traveling. Her bucket list includes: Italy, Thailand, Bali, and Paris. Current obsessions are houseplants, hanging out with their pet birds (Marty and Buddy), and watching funny videos on Instagram.
Brian Okamoto

Brian was born in the Bay Area and spent his formative and adolescent years living in Fremont where he was raised by his mother, Jennifer, father, Ron and older sister, Mary. After High School, he moved from Northern to Southern California where he attended several community colleges before graduating from Cal State Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. When he is not working, Brian enjoys traveling, hanging out with friends, watching movies and YouTube, going out to new restaurants and occasionally playing golf and doing other outdoor activities.
David Luong
Officiant
David has been friends with Freda for over 11 years. He has been an influential person to Freda's career since day one. Fun fact is that David helped motivate and inspired Freda to go into Marketing. He is a great friend and have shared so many fun and memorable summer birthday celebrations together, hosting game/trivia nights at each others home while to watching each other mature to who they are today.
Leesa Van
Matron of Honor
Freda and Leesa became friends through their older sisters and were reluctant to become friends themselves because they thought they were so different. Once they got to know each other they quickly became best friends and spent most of their late teenage years and early 20s together hanging out every weekend. Leesa is smart, witty and competitive; we don't call her "game master" for nothing. These days you can find Leesa enjoying all things Disney with her family.
Nikki Olidan
Maid of Honor
Nikki is one of Freda's longest childhood friends sharing a bond built over nearly 30 years which goes back to the days when they would roam around Chinatown and get into trouble. She was always stylish even at a young age, being the fashionista of the group you can always count on her to tell you if your outfit is cute or not. Her vibrant energy is infectious and she is usually the life of the party. There's never a dull moment when Nikki is around. Despite the years, their connection remains strong as they still talk daily and hangout whenever they can.
Amy Tran

Amy and Freda are like two peas in a pod. They became fast friends through their older sisters, bonding instantly after learning they enjoyed so many of the same things like eating the same kind of foods, attending concerts or just hanging out at the house. Amy and Freda used to work together and hung out everyday after work (even on the weekends) because Amy is someone you just can't get enough of. There are so many fun moments from singing and dancing or just being silly. Amy is so down, that she even met up with Freda and Brian on the other side of the world, in Japan! Amy loves traveling, concerts and K Pop.

Linda is a cherished friend of Freda’s, with countless memories of evenings spent studying and sharing conversations over boba tea in the 626. Her kind heart and warm nature draw people to her effortlessly. Linda’s giving spirit shines through in the way she cares for others, always making time to connect, even when life gets busy. She is the embodiment of a thoughtful and loving friend.
Tanya Hayashi

Tanya is Freda's big sister and her very first and forever friend. Freda has always admired Tanya’s kind heart and the endless love she has shown over the years. Tanya has always looked out for Freda with unwavering care. As young adults, they rented an apartment together, and Tanya would brighten Freda’s days with surprise meals after long work shifts—a simple but heartfelt gesture of her love. Tanya is not only a wonderful sister but also a compassionate listener and a confidant Freda can always rely on.
Young Choe
Best Man
When Brian met Young, Young was a freshman in college and was part of the same fraternity that Brian’s long-time friend (and groomsman), Daniel, was a member of. Since then, Brian and Young have become great friends and travel buddies. Whether they were traveling within California or taking trips to Hawaii, Miami, Vegas, Chicago, Portland or Cancun, they have remained “brothers from another mother”. When Young got married in 2019, Brian was his best man and now Young gets to trade places and return the favor as Brian’s best man. Young’s favorite things to do are working out at the gym, going to the beach or enjoying a drink while relaxing in the sun.
Daniel Moon
Groomsman
Daniel and Brian met in 7th grade through his twin brother, Joe. A few years after Brian moved to Southern California, Daniel also moved to Orange County where he attended the University of California, Irvine. During their college years, Brian and Daniel remained close friends and lived together at various apartments throughout Orange County. Daniel is a huge Raiders, Warriors and A’s fan and besides watching sports, he enjoys traveling and trying out new restaurants throughout LA and OC.
Joe Nance
Groomsman
Joe was the first close friend that Brian made when he started attending Horner Jr. High in Fremont at the tender age of 12. Back then you could find Joe wearing Top Dawg shirts, listening to Wu Tang Clan, playing PS1 and watching the movie Friday. When Joe got married, Brian had the honor of being one of his groomsmen. Although Joe still lives in the bay area, he and Brian have remained the best of friends.
Nick Abad
Groomsman
Nick and Brian got to know each other well at Irvington High School in Fremont. Nick was a couple of years younger but they shared a lot in common and quickly became fast friends. Similar to Joe (Brian’s other groomsman), Nick continues to live in the Bay Area but he and Brian (along with Joe Nance and their families) try to get together at least once a year to catch up on things. Nick has always been a great person and would (and has) literally given the shirt off his back for a friend.
Jimmy Cha
Groomsman
Brian met Jimmy through his best man, Young. Out of all of the groomsmen, Brian has known Jimmy for the least amount of time; however, quantity is not always as important as quality and Jimmy is one of the best guys Brian has had the pleasure of knowing. Brian is also going to be one of Jimmy’s groomsmen when he and his fiancée, Grace are married in March. Jimmy’s favorite things to do include watching sports and UFC events as well as being a “cat daddy” to his 2 furry felines named Ninja and Sunny.
