We have a strict guest list. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate the reserved seats listed on your invitation.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Well......Chicago's Windy City nickname may not have started because of the forecasts, but it has earned a reputation for unpredictable weather. Springtime in Chicago is usually pleasant in the sun, but slightly chilly in the shade or overcast. Be sure to check a local weather station or app before you leave your sweater or jacket at home.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Catering will be provided by Sweet Baby Ray's Barbeque. There will be vegan and vegetarian items, as well as non-dairy. We did our best to make sure no one leaves hungry!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

For the ceremony: We want to be present in the moment with all our family and friends, so sit back, relax, and let the photographers do their thing. For the reception: Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #takes2tothompson2021 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
