Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! Those staying onsite will be within walking distance of all wedding activities. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Hilton Garden Inn and Gervasi Vineyard - see details below: Ceremony Arrival: Two departures will be available: 2:30 PM (2:45 PM arrival) & 3:15 PM (3:30 PM arrival) If you're arriving on Friday, we kindly encourage you to take the 2:30 PM shuttle so guests checking into the hotel on Saturday may utilize the 3:15 PM departure. Guests arriving early to the wedding venue are invited to browse Gervasi's Marketplace or enjoy a drink at the Crush House, Piazza, or Still House—all conveniently located near the shuttle drop-off and just a short walk to our ceremony. Return Transportation: Shuttles to the Hilton Garden Inn will pick up outside the Marketplace beginning at 9:00 PM, with continuous service available through midnight.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend formal attire, with gentlemen in suits and ladies in elegant cocktail dresses. Since our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the grass, we suggest wearing block heels or flat shoes to ensure comfort and ease of movement.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available in the Marketplace/Bistro lot, with clear signage to guide you directly to the Pavilion for our ceremony and reception.
