What can I NOT bring to the venue?

Answer

Glitter! It is in our contract that we will pay a hefty fine for glitter being found in areas such as the bedrooms. It's an amazing venue with a lot of freedom, but this has been one of the hard-nos.

Can we eat in any of the bedrooms?

Answer

No! We will pay a hefty fine if they find crumbs...

Question

Can we lodge at the wedding venue? (Cabin Creek Lodge)

Answer

Yes, please let us know because there are limited spaces that have to be shared with others (about 38 beds). Beds will be available on a first come first serve basis AFTER prioritizing the people who have RSVP'D that they are staying the night at the cabin!!

Can we camp on site?

Answer

There is a small $10 fee per camping guest, please let us know ahead of time if you plan to camp!

Are there hotels nearby we can stay at?

Answer

There are places we are still trying to arrange for family if they do not want to stay at the lodge. This would be at your own cost to stay at a hotel. Ideally, we are hoping to plan for people to stay at one hotel so we can carpool you here for the event. If you don't mind transporting yourself, you can choose to stay at a hotel of your choice.

Where are hotels?

Answer

Nearest hotels would be in either Cle Elum or Roslyn. This is thirty minutes from the venue. Best in Cle Elum are: -- Best Western Snowcap Lodge -- Iron Horse Inn Bed & Breakfast -- Suncadia Resort ( can be VERY pricey) Best in Roslyn would be: -- Hotel Roslyn or if willing to go further away (45 minutes east) there are even more and better options in Ellensburg: Best in Ellensburg: -- Hotel Windrow -- Icon Inn -- TownePlace Suites Otherwise, I would recommend looking for other Airbnb's in the area-- there are several that are much closer than these hotels are....and probably better value if you have a group or whole family staying.

When should I book a hotel?

Answer

Please give yourself enough time to reserve your hotel room for the event! I would suggest about a month in advanced.

Can we use the kitchen for if we are attending brunch day of wedding/day after wedding?

Answer

We can, but please be considerate of the clean-up involved! If you use the kitchen you have to help clean it.

appetizers: -Frybread crostini with blue cheese mousse, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, port wine reduction drizzle (vegetarian). -Smoked salmon deviled eggs with paprika oil (gluten free). -Cedar braised marsala mushrooms on crispy heirloom griddled corn cakes with shaved grana padana cheese (vegetarian and gluten free). -Smoked salmon topped potato cakes: hot apple wood smoked salmon, crisp potato cakes and fresh herb oil. -Bison steak skewers with blueberry-herb sauce: Medium rare grilled bison steak with fresh blueberry herb sauce and finished with alder smoked sea salt flakes (gluten free) Main and sides: -Indian taco buffet -Kale salad -Rice pilaf Dessert: -Sweet frybread -additional items provided, unknown at the moment.
