We love your kiddos, but unless they're named on the invitation, we'd love for you to be able to relax and enjoy our wedding on your own! Also please note that the afterparty is at a 21+ venue, so anyone under 21 won't be able to join for that part of the night.
Let's get dressed up! For the wedding, we're suggesting cocktail attire. Think fancy, but not black tie. Suits/ ties and cocktail dresses of any length are appropriate, but no need to break out the long white gloves or cummerbunds. The venue has solid, mostly even flooring throughout, but there are some areas with brick/ cobblestone so stilettos are maybe not the best choice. Other events have no dress code, so wear whatever you feel comfortable in!
While we generally believe the more the merrier, in this case we can only accommodate those directly named on the invitation.
The Denver Botanic Gardens has open, free parking for patrons and event guests, but it is first come, first serve and no overnight parking is allowed. If you do decide to drive to the wedding, you'll have to drive home. You'll find it directly opposite the entrance to the Gardens, but we highly suggest finding another mode of transportation to get to the wedding.
Denver will be warm and likely dry in July, with average temps in the 80s-90s during the day and 60s at night.
Get out that summer wardrobe! Shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, and sundresses are appropriate. However, since it gets a bit chilly at night, light jackets are going to come in handy.
Just let us know! We'll do our best to ensure that there will be something that meets your needs available.
