Yes! We’ll have shuttles arranged to and from the main hotel for the ceremony and reception. Please let us know in your RSVP if you'd like to use the shuttle. / ¡Sí! Cars/Rideshares: Easily accessed via the main Bogotá–La Calera road. Taxi or Uber drivers can be directed with “Bahía Centro de Convenciones, Km 4.5 vía La Calera.” La boda se llevará a cabo en: Bahía Centro de Convenciones Km 4.5 Vía La Calera, Bogotá, Cundinamarca, Colombia 🚗 Transporte y estacionamiento Conduciendo/taxi: El lugar ofrece más de 250 espacios de estacionamiento en el sitio. Can we use our own transportation to get to the venue? / ¿Podemos usar nuestro propio transporte para llegar al lugar?

Yes, you’re welcome to use your own transportation, Uber or taxi . However, we’ll also be providing shuttle service from The Doubletree in Parque 93 to the venue and back, for your convenience. Please let us know in your RSVP if you'd like to use the shuttle. // Sí, pueden usar su propio transporte, Uber o taxi. Is it safe to travel to Colombia?
Answer
Yes, Colombia has become a popular and safe tourist destination, especially in the areas we will be in. That said, we always recommend taking standard travel precautions and being aware of your surroundings. Don't wear excessive jewelry and consider having a crossbody bag to hold your belongings like a your cellphone and wallet.

The airport is , El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá . You can arrange an official Taxi from the airport to your hotel.

Do I need a visa to travel to Colombia?
Answer
Most visitors from the US, do not need a visa for stays under 90 days. However, please check your country’s entry requirements to be sure. Everyone needs to fill out a "check mig" declaration before entering into the country 72 hours before your flight. (https://apps.migracioncolombia.gov.co/pre-registro/en)

We’ve reserved room blocks at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bogotá - Parque 93 for your convenience. However, please feel free to choose any other hotel or Airbnb, just keep in mind to stay close to the main hotel to make things easier for everyone.

When should we arrive in Colombia?
Answer
We recommend arriving at least 2-3 days before the wedding to adjust to the travel and enjoy or relax! The wedding day is June 20th 2026, so try to arrive by June 18th 2026.

What’s the weather like in Colombia in June?
Answer
June is typically warm and humid with a chance of rain, depending on the region. Bring light, breathable clothes, sunscreen, and a light jacket/hoodie just in case.

Should I bring cash to Colombia?
Answer
Yes, cash is widely used in Colombia, especially for taxis, small shops, and local restaurants. While credit cards are accepted at many hotels and larger businesses, it's a good idea to carry some Colombian pesos for everyday purchases. . We recommend withdrawing pesos once you arrive to the airport, and keeping smaller bills handy.

The most popular apps for transportation in Bogotá are Uber and Cabify. Both are widely used and reliable options for getting around the city. Uber and Cabify typically accept credit and debit cards. Cabify mostly accept cash payment —check the app for details.
