Friday Arrival & Welcome Dinner

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

We highly encourage guests to stay on site Friday–Sunday to fully enjoy the wedding weekend experience with us. For guests joining us for Friday and Saturday- please see the lodging link to book your cabin. Friday: Family-style welcome dinner, bonfire & games. A relaxed evening to settle in, reconnect, and kick off the celebration. Saturday: Breakfast followed by a full day of camp activities including nature walks, kayaking, rock climbing, archery, and shuttles into town. A lunch buffet will be served, followed by downtime to relax and get ready before our 5:30 PM ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Sunday: Farewell breakfast before departure. For guests joining us Saturday only, arrival details will be shared separately and guests will be welcomed prior to the ceremony.

Saturday Ceremony & Reception

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Semi-Formal Think polished, chic, and camp-wedding magic — a touch of glam is very on theme.

Spend the day enjoying your favorite camp activities and soaking in all that the weekend has to offer. We’ll gather for our ceremony at 5:30 PM, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing as we celebrate into the evening. After the “I do’s,” the evening unfolds with cocktails, dinner, dancing, and plenty of celebration beneath the lights. We’ll toast, we’ll twirl, we’ll savor the night, With hearts held close and spirits light. Join us for an evening full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Farewell Brunch

A final brunch before we part, a lovely close to a weekend full of heart.
