Bride
Born and raised in Henderson, Nevada or ViVa Las Vegas is how I refer to it. I'm second oldest of nine kids, yes nine ! I'm the oldest girl out of the bunch. I'm known as "the big little sister." 1999 was a big year for me. I welcomed my daughter Tayla into the world. We then packed up and moved to Arizona shortly after she was born. I started and completed cosmetology school, then started my career at Toni & Guy Hairdressing Salon in 2000. Where I have been working for the last 19 years. Oh where has the time gone? Brian and I met in 2003, we were just little babies! Fast forward to many years later and so many memories already made. I'm looking forward too many more years of memories, family time & cocktails to come. xoxo
Maid of Honor
Two Peas in a Pod!! Erin and I met our freshman year of high school through our boyfriends at the time. We all went out on a double date to see the movie "Good Will Hunting" with Ben Affleck & Matt Damon. These were the days when they were everyones Hollywood crushes! I'm sure they still have the hearts of a few ladies out there. From the first day we met, we clicked instantly and since then the rest has been history. She has such a big heart and is never a let down when it comes to having fun. She will forever and always be my soul sister! xoxo
Bridesmaid
Shelly is my younger sister, The middle child & one of five sister's. Shelly is the sister that you will find on my Instagram pictures for Sister Sunday's or any good excuse to get together for happy hour. We share a love for hiking, shopping & puppy love-ing. Yeeees, that's right our puppies are our second children. I love my little sister ! I will always be her protector, mentor and I'll be there to pick her up when life gets hard. To this day I am grateful to have her by my side to join me on this new journey. xoxo
Bridesmaid
My mini me! Tayla is my mini in every single way. From our mannerisms, to the things we say, and how we move about the world. I raised Tayla to be resilient, independent, & a self motivated young lady, and I'm proud to say she has grown into being the young lady I dreamed of. Her favorite thing to do is to team up with Brian and crack jokes on me. I take it all with, a grain salt and a tall glass of wine. I know its all out of love, even if there's a little truth behind it. It's definitely true when they say "daughters grow up to be your best friend" and I'm thankful to call Tayla mine. xoxo
Bridesmaid
Christina is the Jelly to my Peanut Butter, but hold the peanut butter because she's deathly allergic to nuts! Christina and I met through work, where I took her under my wing and protected her from her 17 year old self. Fast forward to 12 years later, I never would of guessed that she would become one of my greatest friends. A friend I now consider family, a great travel buddy, the best I.T. person because I'm horrible with technology, and my favorite cocktail grabbing girlfriend. Every girl needs a Chollina in their life. But, find your own because this one happens to be mine! xoxo
Groom
Brian was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan in the shadows of the BIG HOUSE (Michigan Stadium). Those who know Brian and his family know they bleed blue and are avid Michigan Wolverine Fans. Brian is one of six kids, two brothers and three sisters. Brian is part of a closely knit family. Family is the most important part of Brian's life. In 2003, little did he know, he was about to add two more incredible people to this thing we call Family. Brian's world change in 2003 after meeting Crystal and Tayla, as he would slowly embark on a long journey to becoming husband and step-father. Although Crystal and Tayla are already family, Brian is excited to make it official.
Best Man
Chico is Brian's older brother. From day one Brian molded himself in the shadow of Chico. Chico is a natural born leader, with a great abiltiy to talk to anyone. We like to call it his gift of gab. He's always been the life of the party to finance the fun. We've somehow falling for it again ! Brian's Best Man, as he has always been by his side as his hype man on and off the court, never casting doubt and always pushing him to do better. Expect to find him giving the groom some timely advice and welcomed words of wisdom.
Groomsman
Robert is Brian's younger brother. Robert and Brian's relationship is truly defined as brotherly love. Best known for his transformation from rapper to lawyer. One converstaion with Robert and you'll know why he's a lawyer, he has a unique ability to argue with you about anything. Expect to find him debating someone over Lebron's career accomplishments.
Groomsman
Derrick is one of Brian's oldest friends. Brian and Derrick met in first graduate at Allen Elementary. Also a member of of Ann Arbor's best three on the three squad, Derrick is best known for being fleet of the foot. These feet were needed on several occasions to escape punishments for being at the basketball court when his mother was working and he needed to beat her home when her car passed the basketball court. Now known more for his muscles, you'll probably see him posing for his shirtless pictures.
Groomsman
Vincent is also one of Brian's oldest friends. Vincent and Brian met in first grade at Allen Elementary. Also, a member of Ann Arbor's best three on three squad, along with Brian and Derrick. Vincent A.K.A. Dimples per Brian's mother, never lets anything faze him. This was a much-needed skill as he was the calm between hot head #1 (Brian) and hot head #2 (Derrick) At the wedding expect Vincent to be playing the role of calmer and talking Brian off the ledge.
Father of the Bride
Pops gone to soon, but never forgotten! He was a free spirit, Harley Davidson riding, who could sing his heart out. Which when I was kid would be so embarrassing. Now, looking back it's one of my greatest memories of him. I wish I was brave enough to sing the way he did. He was never afraid to be himself. Take it or leave it he was always going to be him. RIP in peace pops till we meet again. Love you always & Forever Bell. xoxo
Mother of the Bride
Laurie, my mother, is an inspiration to me for numerous reasons. She taught me so much growing up and has always been supportive of me and all my different journey's that I've embarked on. Adding my wedding day to the list of adventures we've been able to do together. I am grateful to be able to have her by my side for our wedding day. Love you always Mom xoxo
Father of the Bride
Matt came into my life when I was 10 years old. From childhood to adulthood he has taught me so many valuable lessons and how to grow as an adult. Whether it be from guiding me through paperwork for buying my first house or being my handy man in all aspects of life. He's a man with many hats. I'm grateful he has been there to navigate and help guide me through life just like any father would do. xoxo
Mother of the Groom
Brian's twin! She's been Brian's rock and ultimate role model. Everyone know Patsy by her glowing smile and commitment to family, which was passed on to Brian. Brian's mother once told him that when she was pregnant she was told he would be her joy. This goes both ways, as Patsy has always been Brian's joy. Patsy loves to dance! You'll be sure to find her stepping through the night on the dance floor while flashing those bright whites.
Father of the Groom
Floyd Ford, better known as Bird to those that are close to him, is the father of Brian. Floyd is known for his attention to detail and organizational skills. When ever Floyd is invited to the house we can expect by the time he leaves our cabinets will be organized and closets color coordinated. Floyd is also known for his ability to talk about about anything to anyone at anytime. Expect Floyd to have an epic toast/speech at the reception.
