Room Block

We have a room block through Yellow Umbrella Events. Contact our Travel Agent, Shea Bailey for any room-related questions. Please keep in mind availability is limited! https://www.yellowumbrellaevents.com/couples/chelsea-and-brian/ If you chose to stay at a property outside of Hotel Xcaret, you are considered a non-guest. Although, a very important guest in our eyes, non-guests will be charged $80 each, per entrance to the property. Please note this price is subject to change.

Airport transportation

Hotel X guests: Transportation operates every 30 minutes starting at 5:45 am through 9:00 pm and every 1 hour from 9:45 pm through 5:45 am.

While semi-formal is preferred, we don't want you to be uncomfortable. We know it'll be warm and not all of us are a fan of the humidity! The bridal party will be wearing formal dresses—Cinnamon Rose & Desert Rose color.

Staying outside of Hotel Xcaret?

Please be sure to notify us if you plan to stay elsewhere! We are required to give a list to the Hotel. Additionally, please note that the hotel does charge a guest pass of $80-$90 per person, per day to be onsite for the Wedding.
