We are so happy to have people coming from out of town to join us!! 

We have blocked rooms at the Embassy Suites Valley Forge, a seven minute ride to our venue, The PHILANDER CHASE KNOX ESTATE, located in Valley Forge National Park.  

PLEASE RESERVE YOUR ROOM BY AUGUST 15TH.

UPDATE!!! IF YOU STILL NEED A ROOM PLEASE LET US KNOW.  THE BLOCK HAS BEEN RELEASED BUT WE CAN STILL GET YOU A ROOM AT THE SPECIAL RATE.

FIRST CHARTER bus shuttle company will be at the hotel to take hotel guests to the venue at 3:45 as well as returning you back to the hotel at the end of the night at approximately 10pm.

For anyone who would like to join us, we will be meeting back at the hotel bar for an after party with snacks & pizza.
