What airport is the best option to fly into?

We recommend flying into the Reno/Tahoe Airport for the quickest drive to the lake.

How far is the Reno/ Tahoe airport from the wedding venue?

Answer

The airport is 41 miles (an hour drive) from our wedding venue.

What day and time do you recommend being in the area?

Answer

We recommend being in the area on Friday morning so you can join in on the scheduled events throughout the weekend with us! However, the most important event will be our wedding celebration Saturday evening.

What events are kid friendly? And for the events that are not, do you have childcare suggestions?

Answer

The activities scheduled have not been panned for children. We understand your kids will love Lake Tahoe and they may be accompanying you as a family adventure. Aside from the Welcome Reception and the Wedding Celebration, children are welcome. Feel free to contact us for any questions. As the date gets closer, we will give suggestions for childcare.

Does the Reno/Tahoe area have Uber and Lyft?

Answer

It does, however, it is not as dependable and timely as other areas. We recommend reserving a rental car to drive for the weekend.

What is the weather usually like in July in Lake Tahoe?

Answer

Lake Tahoe in July is beautiful! The days are sunny and warm and the nights are a little chilly. We recommend bringing sweaters and warmer clothes for the evening.
