Swimming, Fishing, Boating at Cacapon
BOATING: There are paddle, row boats, kayaks and paddle boards available. * Paddle Boats (4 persons/boat) - $4.00 PER PERSON FOR 1/2 HOUR * Row Boats (2 person/boat) - $8.00/HOUR * Kayaks (1 person/kayak) - $10.00/HOUR *Paddle Boards (1 person/board) - $10.00/HOUR Privately owned boats may be used on both parks lakes Boat Dock Hours: 10:30 A.M.-5:30 P.M SWIMMING: There is a lake for swimming and a beach area for relaxing at Cacapon. Located at the beach area is a bath house with showers and a snack bar. Day pass swimming: *Adults $5 *Children $4 Guests staying at the park will receive a free beach pass for use during their stay. Beach/Swimming Hours- 10:30 - 5:30 pm T - Sun CLOSED ON MONDAYS FISHING: There are two lakes at Cacapon for fishing, Both the Cacapon Lake and Upper Reservoir are stocked. There is no charge for fishing, however, a state fishing license is required and may be obtained at the front desk in the main lodge.

CACAPON GIFT SHOP: Magazines, sundries, novelties, cards, souvenirs, etc. may be purchased here. The gift shop is located in the lodge on the first floor across from the front desk. WOBBLE CLAY RANGE: This is located on the road going to the mountain overlook. Open by appointment 10 AM – 4 PM. Up to 5 guests at a time. Full package price is $30 per person and Clays only is $12/person. Reservations are made at Front Desk.
