3:30pm-5:00pm is Cocktail hour on the back patio, follow the outdoor steps to the left of the main building. Bathrooms for cocktail hour are located on the bottom floor of the club, inside through and behind the bar. The reception will begin at 5:00pm. Walk back around to the main entrance, and take the main stairwell/elevator in the lobby up to the grand ballroom.
