We’re so getting married!

We met in San Diego, California - our hometown on June 21, 2013. Jeffrey had already been stationed in Germany but was in town for his sisters' wedding. When we met, we had been out with mutual friends at a bar in San Diego. We found ourselves talking all night and ended up exchanging numbers. With Jeffrey only having a week left in town, I think it is safe to say, we both thought nothing would come from it. Nonetheless, we continued to meet up and hang out as much as we could before he left. We continued daily texts, phone calls and virtual Netflix dates despite him being thousands of miles away. Here we are 7 years later - two and a half years in a long distance relationship, 3 years living in Hawaii together and now in Texas in a home we can call our own.
