Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Guests are invited by name, as printed on the Save the Date and formal invitation. Since our wish is to have a small and intimate wedding, guests will not automatically have a plus one unless stated on the invitation. Thank you for understanding our wishes!

Are children invited?

Answer

We are limiting the invitation of children to those of the bride and groom’s families. We ask that all other guests with children please make arrangements for child care before the wedding date. Thank you for understanding our wishes!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the satellite parking lot between 3:30-4pm to allow time for parking, shuttle transport to River House, and being seated before the ceremony start time which will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Where do I park?

Answer

All guests must park at the satellite parking lot at 385 W Bridge Street, New Hope, PA 18938, as listed on the schedule and travel pages of this website. A shuttle will transport all guests to the venue, and will provide transportation back to the parking lot at the end of the night. Please arrive early to allow time for parking, shuttle transport, and taking your seat at the ceremony location by 4:30pm!

When do I RSVP by?

Answer

You can RSVP at any time (the sooner the better)! Head over to the RSVP page on this website and enter your name into the search bar. Please RSVP no later than Saturday August 1st, 2026!

What about hotel accommodations?

Answer

We currently have a reserved room block for wedding guests who choose to stay overnight at River House. Keep in mind there is no code - to book your stay, call River House at (215) 682-2022 and mention you are a guest of the Costa-Tran wedding to receive the discount rate. Please book your room(s) as soon as you’re able to, and no later than 3 months before the wedding date. The room block rate will close 3 months before the wedding!

What are the menu options? When do I choose my meal?

Answer

For the main entree, you will be able to select one of the following choices: [ ] Petit filet mignon served with garlic buttermilk whipped potatoes and asparagus, with a red wine demi-glace [ ] Jumbo crab cake served with wild rice pilaf and asparagus, with a meyer lemon remoulade [ ] Chicken breast stuffed with apple and brie, served with roasted fingerling potato and broccolini Menu options are listed on your formal invitation, which should arrive by mail a few months before the wedding date. We ask that you notify us of your selected entree when you submit your RSVP. You can text your selection to me at (732) 429-7915. This would also be a good time to make us aware of any food allergies or restrictions if you have not already done so!
