Answer

Please RSVP to both events by July 1st.

Answer

Friday: Celebration begins at 6:00 PM at the hotel. Join us as we kick off the weekend with a traditional Sierra Leonean celebration filled with culture, music, and joy. Saturday: Doors open at 5:00 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive early, as the ceremony will begin promptly and late entry may not be permitted.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Friday (Traditional Ceremony): Guests are invited to wear traditional Sierra Leonean attire or formal attire. Traditional attire is welcomed but not required. All guests are encouraged to wear bold colors and beautiful patterns that reflect the celebratory atmosphere. For those interested in traditional styles, options such as Ankara print dresses, kaftans, dashikis, or other African-inspired outfits are great and can be easily found online. Saturday (Wedding Ceremony & Reception): Formal / Cocktail Attire Please note: The ceremony will be held outdoors, so we recommend dressing comfortably for warm August weather.

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Friday: Complimentary self-parking is available at the hotel for all guests. Saturday: Complimentary parking is available across the street in the church parking lot, which opens at 5:00 PM for all guests.

Question

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

While we wish we could invite everyone, we’re keeping our guest list limited and can only include those listed on the invitation.

Question

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

As much as we love your children, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony on Saturday. Please keep phones away and enjoy the moment. There will be plenty of time for photos afterward!
