"Down Time"

3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

For those who will be staying the night, this will be the time to check into your hotel and get room accommodations situated.

Edna's at the Tamarack, a bar/restaurant located at street level in the Tamarack Club, is available for those looking for a bite to eat or drink. See our "Things to Do" section for more info. The Bride and Groom will be taking pictures at this time so feel free to relax, unwind, and come back for Cocktail Hour recharged.

Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail Hour will start at 5pm with open bar service and plentiful hors d'oeuvres. Dinner service will be buffet style starting at approximately 6:30pm, during which the bar will close. Afterwards, the bar will reopen for a night of dancing and celebration!

A shuttle service will be available to pick up guests from Yodeler Lodge and take them back to their onsite lodging. The service will run from 10pm till 2am.

After Party

The Village of Ellicottville offers a bustling nightlife with various bars and restaurants open late for those who want to keep the party going! A shuttle service will be available on loop to take guests from Yodeler Lodge, to onsite lodging, and/or into the Village and back. This service will run from 10pm till 2am.
