Drinking tap water in Ghana is not generally recommended for visitors. While locals may be accustomed to it, travelers are advised to stick to bottled, filtered, or purified water to avoid potential stomach issues. Always check that bottled water is sealed before drinking, and avoid ice unless you're sure it’s made from safe water.
