When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by February 21st, 2026. We'll need to provide a final headcount to our venue shortly after - thank you for responding on time!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive between 4:15-4:30 PM, please account for a 10-minute drive from the entrance gate to the venue. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, and the golf cart shuttle to the ceremony site may take a few minutes. Arriving early ensures you have time to valet your car, find your seat, and enjoy the beautiful setting before we say "I do"!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal attire. Black tie is not required, but we would love for everyone to dress up and celebrate with us in style!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests who were specifically addressed on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we're keeping our celebration mostly adults-only, with the exception of children in our immediate families. We hope you can join us for a fun and relaxing night out!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a room block for our guests at Saddlebrook Resort - please see the travel tab to reserve your room with the discounted rate. If you chose to stay at the resort, please reserve your accommodations no later than February 10th, 2026. Other nearby options include Hyatt Place Tampa Wesley Chapel, Hilton Garden Inn Tampa-Wesley Chapel, and Best Western Wesley Chapel. We recommend booking early, as spring is usually a busy season!

Absolutely! If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please reach out to Briana at 727-710-0302 as we can accommodate your needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Valet parking will be available for all guests at the venue, so you can enjoy the evening worry-free.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Saddlebrook Resort, making it easy for guest staying on property. If you choose to reserve accommodations elsewhere, we recommend using Uber or a rideshare service to get to and from the venue. Within the venue, golf cart shuttles will be provided.
