Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We do not have any rooms blocked at the hotels. However, the Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Olathe did give us a link with a discounted rate for special events. Be sure to use the link from our website when booking to see the discount!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have a limited alcoholic drink selection available to our guests. However, everyone is welcome to BYOB! By law, ALL alcoholic beverages must be kept behind the bar and served by the bartender! Upon arrival at the reception, kindly label and leave any alcoholic drinks with the bartender. Please be aware though, we will not be regulating or keeping track of who brings which drinks. In other words, don't bring your most prized liquor if you are concerned that someone else might drink it.
