When is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on May 3rd, 2025 at 4:30 PM.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 4PM to ensure you’re seated before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Late arrivals will wait downstairs in the cocktail hour area until the ceremony concludes.

Where is the ceremony and reception?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held at Cruiseport Gloucester: 6 Rowe Square, Gloucester, MA 01930.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! Before Ceremony: • 3:35 PM – Ludwigs Trolley pick-up at Rockport Inn and Suites • 4:00 PM – Trolley pick-up at Beauport Hotel After Ceremony: 10:30 PM — Trolley picks up at Cruiseport for Minglewood (after party) or Beauport. 10:45 PM Trolley returns later to Cruiseport for guests heading back to Rockport Inn and Suites *If you miss the trolley, Beauport Hotel has a complimentary shuttle. Uber and Lyfts are in the area as well*

Only if your invitation specifies a plus-one. We kindly ask that you respect this request as we’ve carefully planned our guest list.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements so you can join us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! Valet parking will be available for all guests at Cruiseport Gloucester.

Let us know when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at: Beauport Hotel Gloucester Rockport Inn and Suites Mention the Stebbins Gilchrest wedding to receive a special rate.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Yes! A cocktail hour will follow the ceremony at Cruiseport Gloucester.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off your devices and enjoy the moment with us.
