Yes, you can book a hotel/Airbnb off of the resort. However, The Royalton charges a $145 non-guest fee to enter their property. This would cost any guest $290 to enter the resort for the welcome party and the wedding ceremony.
The Bride and Groom will be arriving on Thursday, September 3rd. All guests can arrive whenever they would like, but the first event of the wedding weekend will begin on Saturday, September 5th. There is a 3 night stay minimum.
There will be a welcome party held on Saturday, September 5th that is an all-white party. Please wear only white, cream, and ivory attire to the event. The wedding held on Sunday, September 6th will be held on the beach, so please wear something light but appropriate. Linen, cotton, beige, light blue, light pink and neutral colors are all acceptable examples of attire. Shoes are optional!
The Bride and Groom (and family) will be taking American Airlines as our preferred flight. You are more than welcome to take any airline that suits your travel needs. The Bride and Groom will update their exit flight information on the "Travel" page once determined.
The wedding will be held at 4 p.m. on the beach at The Royalton. Staff and wedding coordinator at the resort will be directing all guests to the proper area. Please arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand.
This is completely up to you! The Bride and Groom (and immediate family) will be staying from September 3rd until September 10th. You are more than welcome to leave after the wedding ceremony on Sunday, September 6th if you would like, or extend your vacation as long as you would like!
The Greenlee/Foster family will be booking in September of 2025. We recommend booking the room/flight as soon as possible. The sooner you do, you are more likely to guarantee your room, a convenient flight time, and save the most money. The resort does allow monthly payment plans, so this is always an option for you as well.
