We first met in sixth grade, quickly forming a bond through our shared interest, like sports and music. We spent our middle school days laughing together and navigating the ups and downs of adolescence. However, as life often does, it pulled us in different directions as we attended separate high schools and later went to colleges miles apart, gradually losing touch. Years later, by sheer coincidence, we crossed paths and our connection reignited instantly, and as we spent time together, our friendship grew into something deeper. Today, we are engaged, excited to spend the rest of our lives together and grateful that we were reconnected with one another.
