Will there be parking? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is limited at BOTH the wedding and reception locations so we advise those who live local to consider carpooling and for our out of town guest to utilize one of the many ride share options. The parking is not free at the wedding venue.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi formal or dressy casual. We strongly discourage anyone except the bride from wearing all white.

When is the cutoff date to reserve a room at the Hyatt Place Charleston?

Answer

The cutoff date is January 24, 2022, after which the rooms will automatically be released into the inventory for anyone to reserve at the regular rate. Please note the date range for the discount code is Feb 22nd - 26th.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Because Charleston, SC is a costal town temperatures range between 45 degrees and cloudy to 70 degrees and sun. We recommend you pack to accommodate the potential change in temperature.

Are kid(s) welcomed?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones our locations are unsuitable for children under the age of 15. We hope this will allow you to have a much deserve night off and celebrate with us. Please note they count as your plus one if you were giving one.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoor. For the reception majority of it will be indoors but there will be an outside area. Should there be inclement weather a tent will be provided.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

No, we do not have anything else scheduled for our guests to attend.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an half hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is December 1, 2021. Yes but you can also send us an email at wbria49+Kamarley@gmail.com or contact your respected inviter via text/phone.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are having an unplugged wedding ceremony and we ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony and instead enjoy the wedding. Our photographer will be on site to capture our special day. You are more than welcome to take photos at the reception. Be sure tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #BamaJamaInLove so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
