What’s the dress code?

We kindly ask guest to wear semi-formal black attire for the ceremony.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes “and Guest,” then yes! Otherwise, we’re keeping the guest list intimate and appreciate your understanding.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones, but we’re making this an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

Is there a hotel block available?

Answer

Yes, links for the hotel blocks are on the Hotel Accommodations page. Discounted room rates are available until March 02, 2026.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors at Airlie Gardens. The reception will be indoors at Hotel Ballast. In case of rain, the ceremony will move indoors at Hotel Ballast.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony and ask guests to refrain from taking photos until the reception.
