Answer

Yes. All wedding events will take place at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, and we kindly ask that all guests stay at the host resort and book their room through the wedding room block.

Please book your flights into Cancún International Airport, which is the closest airport to the resort.

Answer

No. Flights are not included in the room rates. Guests are responsible for booking their own airfare.

Answer

Airport transportation is not included in the room rate, but roundtrip transfers can be arranged for $50 per person. Details will be provided closer to the travel date.

A $100 per person deposit is required by May 8, 2026 to secure your room within the wedding room block.

Yes. Guests are welcome to bring a travel companion. Please make sure all guests staying in the room are included when booking your reservation.

The final payment for your reservation is due October 5, 2026.

Yes. A minimum 4-night stay is required for the wedding group. Recommended travel dates: December 12 – December 16, 2026 You may extend your stay before or after these dates if you wish.

Yes. A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. Please ensure your passport is valid for the duration of your travel.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip in case of unexpected changes such as illness, flight delays, or emergencies.

Yes. Guests are welcome to extend their stay before or after the wedding celebration. Please contact the travel coordinator to arrange additional nights.

Your stay includes: Unlimited food and beverages Access to restaurants and bars Pool and beach access Daily resort activities and entertainment Non-motorized water sports 24-hour room service Fitness center access Some services such as spa treatments, off-site excursions, premium experiences, and transportation may have additional costs.

U.S. dollars are widely accepted in Cancun and at most resorts. However, it may be helpful to bring small bills for tips or purchases outside of the resort.

December in Costa Mujeres typically has warm, beautiful weather with average temperatures ranging from 75–85°F. Evenings can be slightly cooler, so bringing a light sweater or wrap is recommended.

Yes. After your deposit is made, you can make additional payments toward your reservation at any time as long as the balance is paid in full by October 5, 2026.

Room requests such as bed type, room location, or special occasions can be noted at the time of booking. While requests cannot be guaranteed, the resort will do its best to accommodate them.
