We invite everyone to arrive as early as 4:00 P.M. to explore the museum exhibits. The exhibits will close at 5:00 P.M. We kindly ask all guests to arrive by 5:45 P.M. for a prompt start at 6:00 P.M. Please note that no guests will be allowed entry once the processional begins.
Yes, there is a dress code. We kindly request that you wear all black, formal attire—this includes cocktail and floor-length dresses, or pantsuits for women, and suits or tuxedos with black neckties or bowties for men.
Yes, parking will be available. Free parking is available in the Museum’s lot, located behind the Museum off Richard Arrington, Jr. Boulevard. Additional parking is available in nearby Boutwell Auditorium Parking Deck and metered street parking.
Unfortunately, we are limited on spacing and ask that only those with the invitation addressed to attend the event. We do not plan to have additional seating for those who do not RSVP.
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.
