What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:30pm. We ask that you arrive beforehand to have plenty of time to say hello and take your seats.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear an evening gown or midi/knee-length cocktail dress.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. They offer free valet parking.

What if the main hotel is completely booked?

Answer

There is a second hotel on the property, which shares a parking lot with the main hotel- Residence Inn Mt. Olive at International Trade Center. We suggest booking a room there so that you can easily access the shuttles to get to and from the venue.

What should I do if I have a special diet or allergy?

Answer

Let your server know if you have a special diet or allergy. They will make sure to bring an alternative dish for anything you can't eat. For those that are vegetarian/vegan/gluten free there is a silent dinner option. Please ask your server for the alternative selection.
