Yasmeen is a journalist who just spent a year teaching in Mexico. She and Lauren met in the same piano studio at Mizzou and then became roommates. If you need any embarrassing stories about the bride, just ask Yasmeen.

Is he good cop or bad cop? You let us know. Brett and Jackson have been besties since kindergarten. When he's not out writing speeding tickets, Jackson is busy telling people about the speeding tickets.

Lauren and Xanna met in a workout group and then decided to live together (with Yasmeen). Xanna works as a chemical engineer and ran a full Ironman. She can probably bench press you with one arm.

It's our favorite ginger! We debated turning our wedding into a mini Bachelor-style event for Cole, and it's not off the table. At 6'8 he should be tall enough for any girl. He's smart but knows how to have fun, and can play a crazy game of tennis.

Madi was the first friend Lauren made in Texas, and they are in the same PhD program! Madi knows just how to make everyone feel welcome and is the biggest cheerleader. In addition to going to class and lab together, Lauren & Madi also studied abroad in Costa Rica. Madi is a pilates instructor and is also insanely good at statistics.

Ladies, he is single and drives a Tesla. Brett has known Michael's parents longer than Michael has. By morning, Michael is in the gym. By day, he is a banker (not quite like Gringotts though). By night, he dabbles in the occasional Rocket League match.

Jami was Lauren's 8th grade English teacher. Now Jami is Lauren's bridesmaid! She travels all over the world anytime she gets the chance. She loves to try out new hobbies - including ceramics, ice skating, and horseback riding.

Brett and Jonathan met in '03. They bonded over Hot Wheels and the Royals. Jonathan works at an engineering firm in Springfield. He enjoys eating Japanese food and reading science fiction novels.

Kaja is Lauren's cousin and a ray of sunshine. She has been begging for this wedding to happen for ages. Don't be surprised if you receive a handmade portrait or bracelet from her. It's her love language.

Layton is Lauren's brother and is an engineering major at Mizzou. Don't worry, he showers. He's crazy good at everything, but music and sports especially. He's probably smarter than all of us combined.

Trey is in high school and is super fast. He and Jude are on the same cross country team and they're state championship runners.

Lauren's cousin Max recently started weightlifting. Ask him about his triceps. He also raises animals and his chickens have won several prizes.

Erin is a professional talker, party planner, and party attender. She has a fashion degree from Mizzou and everything she touches turns sparkly and fun. Lauren and Erin met at Mizzou and helped run a nonprofit organization together. She couldn't be with us on the big day because she got a big girl job, but she's with us in spirit!
