Question

Can I take pictures with my family on the grounds?

Answer

Yes! We recommend arriving to the venue early to allow time for personal photos in the park prior to the start of the wedding festivities. We kindly ask that all guests be in their seats by 4:15pm. We will be relocating offsite to the Cantigny Golf Course immediately following the ceremony.

Question

Do I have to get back in my car?

Answer

Yes, following the ceremony at Cantigny Park Rock Garden, guests will need to return to their vehicles and drive a short distance to Cantigny Golf Red Oak Room for Cocktail Hour and Reception. Although making a left out of the venue is the shortest path to the cocktail site, we recommend making a RIGHT TURN out of the venue, as it is safest during rush hour. Your phone GPS will help guide you.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, please do! However, we kindly ask that dates are reserved for our friends and family over the age of 21. Dates can be added when you RSVP.

Question

Cantigny (can*TEE*nee or can*TIG*nee?)

Answer

We have confirmed once and for all... While many people call the park can-TIG-nee, the proper pronunciation is Can-TEE-nee. The word is French and the ‘g’ is silent.
