What is the photo/video policy?

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so please hold your photos until after. Aside from the ceremony, we highly encourage all the photos and videos throughout the weekend, and have provided a guest album for convenient uploading and sharing! please arrive 30 minutes early to give yourself enough time to get to the ceremony site and get settled

Yes please! Our venue takes food allergies very seriously. Thank you!

Is there transportation to and from any of the events?

Answer

No transportation needed as both the welcome party and wedding will be held at the hotel. Hotel Valley Ho is located in Old Town Scottsdale and there are many close by shops & restaurants within walking distance. Should you need transportation anywhere, there are ride share services available as well pedi cabs at night.
