Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children at the ceremony/reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding calls for a semi-formal dress code. Ladies, we recommend dresses, and be mindful of shoe choice due to ceremony being outside. Gentlemen can opt for suits with or without ties, golf polos, recommend no jacket due to outdoor ceremony.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 2:00pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Alcohol will be provided for guests at the social hour. We will have a cash bar available at the venue for guests to purchase their preferred drinks.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at Rustic Oaks.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Can I leave my vehicle at Rustic Oaks the night of the wedding?

Answer

Yes, you are able to leave your vehicle over night and we strongly encourage it if you are drinking. You have to pick it up next day by 12pm.

Will there be an additional shuttle bus bringing guests to hotels from venue?

Answer

We are looking into having an additional shuttle bus to make multiple runs from venue to hotels at different times throughout the evening. We will wait to book until we get exact numbers.

Question

Will there be rides provided for guests from Fargo/Moorhead?

Answer

We kindly ask that Fargo/Moorhead guests use Uber, Lyft, or sober driver to get home for the evening. Please reach out if this will not work for you.
