We're Getting Married!

Our love story begins August 2019, where Brett decided to shoot his shot and slide into Monique's DM's on instagram. She took the chance and they spent a few weeks talking, before they finally decided to meet up and have their first date downtown Burlington and from then on they have been inseparable. All throughout the pandemic, Monique and Brett were making their relationship work and were "social distancing" together. In the fall of 2020, they decided to take the next steps and move in together, where Brett officially became cat daddy to Luna (the second love of his life). They spent the next few years enjoying their lives, spending time with each other and their friends and loved ones. Unfortunately, life took a turn when Monique's cancer decided to make an unwelcome reappearance and put a little hiccup in their plans. Brett has shown his unwavering support and love for Monique by being her # 1 supporter and rock as she faces a very tough fight. Although this may have put a little bump in their plans, it didn’t stop Brett from proposing to Monique that summer. They are so excited to be getting married in the spring time and being able to celebrate their love with those who are nearest and dearest to them!
