Hotel
We have a room block for Friday night, 6/19/26, and Saturday night, 6/20/26 dedicated for all our out of town guests. The hotel is directly across the street from our venue. Please use the link attached under the "view" tab to make your reservation. Please select your desired dates & click “check availability.” Two room options (1 king bed vs 2 queen beds) will appear for you to choose from. There are three paid parking options; two underground garages and one outdoor parking garage through the hotel. This is automatically included in your booking. Your room card will double as your parking garage/lot access card. If you'd like to extend your stay either before or following the Friday/Saturday block, the hotel will honor the room block rate for additional days. You will first book through the link for Friday & Saturday, then reach out to Brett or Micki with the name the reservation is under and the additional dates you’d like to book. We will coordinate with the hotel, and you will receive an updated confirmation email with your extended dates.

For those that have to fly to be with us, the Pittsburgh International Airport is only 25 minutes from the city.
