Parking at the venue is extremely limited. We will be providing a shuttle from both hotels to the venue and back. If you are staying elsewhere please plan to park at the hotel and ride the shuttle to and from the venue.

The shuttle will run in a loop from the Best Western Plus to the Microtel to the venue beginning at 3pm. The loop will run approximately every 25-30 minutes. 

Please note that the shuttle bus only holds 35 people so we advise you not wait until the last shuttle to arrive at Crispin Hill. For those of you arriving on the earlier shuttles, the open bar begins at 3:30. We invite you to come early to enjoy a cocktail and the beautiful lake views!
