When do RSVPS need to be in by?

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal, warm colors, flowy dresses-express yourself! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass, so please consider this for your choice of shoe.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Our venue will be providing the catering and has options for all diets and dietary restrictions.

Will the ceremony and reception be in the same place?

Answer

Yes! If the weather permits, the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception in a tent nearby so please dress accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

A bus will leave from the Omni Hotel in downtown Richmond at 4:15 pm and will return at the end of the evening.
