Palacio Alvarado
Visit the great Alvarado Palace, converted into a museum and cultural center, it was the home of Pedro Alvarado, owner of the rich mine "La Palmilla". The building was built according to the European fashion of the early 20th century. Its furniture was brought from Europe, the frescoes that decorate the walls of the central courtyard allow to reconstruct the opulent life that could be enjoyed when a good grain was found. In each of the rooms you can see utensils, furniture, dishes, artifacts and facilities that reveal the daily life of its inhabitants. Throughout the year it is used as a cultural venue.
