Kate + Jeanette were born into an inevitable friendship, mirroring that of their mothers before them. Many young years were spent dressing up in costumes and playing in the sand at Warren's Point in LC. Although they don't see each other often, the friendship endures.

One day in the 10th grade, this new kid turned up at lunch. Almost 30 years later he is still my favorite person to have pizza with while complaining about how bad the Dolphins are. I was honored to the best man at his wedding, so now it is my honor to have him as my best man.

People say it is hard to make good friends as adults. Shaun proves there are exceptions to that rule. We met tailgating at the Citrus Bowl before an Orlando City game. Over the next decade, Shaun became more than just a soccer buddy and someone to play Pokemon go with.
