Max met Brett way back in Prep II in 1993. Over the next 33 years, a friendship that started with talking about video games and watching Power Rangers on tv has matured into a friendship where they talk about video games and reading Power Rangers comics.

Someone Heather has always looked up to and who has had a huge part in shaping who she is. He’s also become a true friend to Brett, welcoming him into the family from the start and making it easy for Brett to feel like he’s always been part of the crew.

Heather’s first friend ever, literally, from across the street. Their moms were pregnant together, and they grew up in each other’s houses, celebrated holidays together, and have been more like sisters ever since; always there for each other, and always will be. They’ve shared countless memories, but one of Heather’s favorites will always be watching Elf together every holiday season, hot chocolate in hand, somehow quoting the entire movie word for word. And now, one of Heather’s greatest joys is watching her be such an amazing mom and seeing the love, patience, and heart she pours into her family, which only makes Heather adore her even more.

A lot has changed in the 20ish years since Sam and Brett became friends. Staying up too late in high school turned into visiting staying up too late in college. Yoo-hoo became beer. Sam practiced law, perfected it, and retired (he now lives a peaceful life as a web developer in Buffalo, NY, working for a regional medical center). But the biggest change in all that time was also the best: when Brett met Heather.

Talented with a makeup brush and even more talented at making the people she loves feel their absolute best. She’s the friend who protects your energy, hypes you up, and somehow always makes sure you look and feel like a queen.

Peter is a lawyer in Washington DC, where he lives with his girlfriend Adrienne and their two cats. He and Brett have been friends since Ms Kennedy’s French class in high school. He has many great memories with Brett, but all the best ones come from their trips to Baltimore for Otakon.

Heather's best friend from high school and theater. They created a musical together about a zebra with spots who never quite fit in with the striped zebras, and looked at each other and said "that's like us!" Nicole and Heather are two spotted zebras who are lucky to have each other. Nicole is also the Nessarose in the Elphaba, Glinda, Nessa trio.

When he's not busy being the sweetest ever, you can find him flying airplanes or Buzz Lightyear around, or running, playing, laughing, and bringing his big energy wherever he goes.
